Viewing the License Summary Report on the Web Console

You can view the License Summary Report on the Web Console. License usage is calculated for this report once per day at 12:00 a.m.

Before You Begin

To view the default reports on the Web Console, your CommCell user account requires:

• A role with the Report Management permission

• Association with the CommCell entity, Client Group, or Client computer

Procedure

1. Log on to the Web Console.

2. Click Reports.

   The Reports page appears.

3. Click License Summary.

   The License Summary Report appears.

4. From the Company Name list, select a company, and then click Apply.

5. To calculate the license usage immediately, click Recalculate.

   The software might take a few minutes to complete the calculation and display the new data.
