Viewing the License Summary Worldwide Report for a CommCell Group on the Private Metrics Reporting Server

You can view the License Summary Report for a CommCell Group on the Web Console for the Private Metrics Reporting Server.

Before You Begin

• Verify that data collection is enabled for Private Metrics Reporting on each CommServe computer. For information about enabling data collection for the report, see Activating Private Metrics Reports.

• To view Metrics Reports, your CommCell user account requires: a role with the Report Management permission and an association with a CommCell Group or CommCell pseudoclient.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Web Console for the Private Metrics Reporting Server.

2. Click Reports.

   The Reports page appears.

3. From the navigation pane, click CommCell Groups.

   The CommCell Groups page appears.

4. Click a CommCell Group.

   The CommCell Group dashboard appears.

5. At the bottom of the page, click Current Capacity Usage.

   The License Summary - Worldwide Report appears.
