Operations in File Storage Optimization

After data is collected from the file servers, you can archive, delete, move, or tag the collected files. When you archive, delete, or move files, a request is sent to a reviewer and an approver. The request must be reviewed and approved before the operation takes place. When you tag files, you can choose whether or not to create a request.
