This App is used to migrate the On-Premises mailboxes to the Office 365 cloud.
Note
It is recommended to run the backup operations from the On-Premises Exchange environment. Incremental backups will continue after the mailbox is migrated to the cloud.
Before You Begin

Hybrid deployment must be configured between the On-premises and the Exchange Online organizations.

The MRSProxy service must be enabled.

The migration endpoint must be created.

Permissions must be assigned to the on-premises user account for migration to Exchange Online
Procedure

Click Reports.
The Reports page appears.

Click Office 365 Mailbox Migration.
The Office 365 Mailbox Migration report appears.

You must execute the Remote Exchange Online Migration workflow from the Office 365 Mailbox Migration Report in the Web Console by clicking on Migrate Mailboxes. The report contains details such as the status of the all the active migrations and the migrated mailboxes.

The maximum number of mailboxes to be migrated in parallel. |

The Exchange Online Service account password. |
Mailboxes |
The text file with the list of the mailbox User Principal Name (UPN) that needs to be migrated to Exchange Online. There must be one User Principal Name (UPN) per line. Only the Primary and the Archive mailboxes will be migrated to Exchange Online. |
