Resetting the Password for Your Commvault ID

If you have forgotten the password for your Commvault ID, you can reset your password from the log-on page.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Cloud Services log-on page.

  2. Click Forgot password?.

  3. In the Username box, in the Email box, enter your email address.

  4. Click Reset.

    We will send a new, temporary password to your email address.
