Importing an App

You can import an app from Commvault Store or from your local computer.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Web Console.

  2. Click Apps.

    The My Apps page appears.

  3. Click Get get_app_pkg_button.

  4. Import the app from the Commvault Store or your local computer:

    • To import the app from Commvault Store, select Install from Store, log on to the Commvault Store, and then under an app name, click Install.

    • To import the app from your local computer, select Import from File, select a cvapp.zip file from your computer, and then save or open it.

Result

  • In the Web Console, the app appears on the My Apps page.

  • In the Command Center, if a report is the primary component, the app appears in Reports. If a workflow is the primary component, the app appears in Workflows.
