AD Standard Users in the License Summary Report

The AD Standard Users view of the License Summary Report displays details about AD Standard User Licenses, such as AD Standard user for each workload type, as well as current AD Standard usage that is excluded from the capacity license.

Included Components

Primarily, End Point users are those who interact with Web Console features to back up, share, and search data.

Where to Access the Report

To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the User Licenses table, under License, click AD Standard Users.

Current Workload Summary Table

This table displays the number of AD Standard users associated with each workload type.

Column

Description

Workload

The type of Active Directory workload, such as On-Prem AD and Azure AD.

Number of Standard Users

The number of AD Standard users consuming the license for each workload.

Current User Summary by Workload Table

This table displays the number of AD Standard users associated with the workload types and the number of unique users across all workloads.

The category of users consuming the license, such as Users with more than one workload or Total AD Users.

Number of Standard Users

The number of AD Standard users consuming the license for each workload type and the number of unique AD Standard users across all workloads.

Distinct Active Directory Users - Current Usage Details Table

This table displays the current usage information for each Standard AD user.

An indication of whether the user uses on-premises Active Directory.

An indication of whether the user uses Azure Active Directory.

Standard User

The AD Standard user name.

Current Usage Excluded From Capacity Because Of Standard AD User License

This table displays the current jobs that protect Standard AD users and are excluded from the capacity license because they are covered by the Standard AD User license.

This report displays the details about the AD Standard users associated with companies and plans. It also includes information about each workload per client.

Where to Access the Report

To view this report, in the AD Standard Users view of the License Summary Report, at the top-right of the page, click Additional Company, Plan, and Client Details.

Current AD Users Associated to Company and Plan Table

This table displays the type of Azure workload per user and the company and plan the user is associated with.
