You can convert eligible storage policies in your CommCell environment that are created in the CommCell Console to server plans that you can access and manage from the Command Center.
The conversion process converts all eligible storage policies to plans. After conversion, the storage policies that were converted still appear in the CommCell Console and are used by the newly created server plans as backup destinations.
Important
After the first storage policy is converted in the CommCell environment using the policy-to-plan conversion application, any subsequent storage policies created from the CommCell Console will be automatically converted. This process applies only if the policy-to-plan conversion application has been used at least once in the CommCell environment.
