To get started with the Dell EMC XtremIO for IntelliSnap, review system requirements, get the service tag of the array, and then add an array entry for Dell EMC XtremIO in the Commvault software. Next, choose an agent to back up with Dell EMC XtremIO.

Verify that your environment meets the Systems Requirements.

Run scripts and Configure Dell EMC XtremIO array in the array software before configuring the array in the Commvault software:

On the Commvault software, add and configure the Dell EMC XtremIO storage array. See Setting Up the Dell EMC XtremIO Array Using Arrays Page.

To customize the array to your environment, edit the Snap Configuration Properties of Dell EMC XtremIO.
Dell EMC XtremIO storage array is now ready to operate.
