To set up the IBM XIV storage array, review system requirements, and then add the array in the Commvault software. You can also edit snapshot properties.
Procedure

Verify that your environment meets the Systems Requirements.

On Commvault software, add and configure the IBM XIV storage array. See Setting Up the IBM XIV Array.

To customize the array to your environment, edit the Snap Configuration Properties of IBM XIV.
IBM XIV storage array is now ready to operate.

Choose a Supported Agent to work in conjunction with the IBM XIV storage array.
