In a multi-CommCell environment, administrators need to connect to different CommCell environments to manage them. The Global Command Center feature provides a seamless switching capability between different CommCells. From the primary CommCell Command Center URL, an administrator can:

View and manage aggregated data across multiple service CommCell environments.
To configure a global Command Center, an administrator must register other service CommCells on the primary CommCell. After the association, users can access the service CommCell they belong to using the Command Center URL of the primary CommCell.
