You can use IntelliSnap to take snapshots of data on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Snapshots can be used for in-place and cross-server recovery, and for creating clones of databases to another server in the cloud.
With GCP, you can also run cross-project backup copy. A cross-project backup copy operation is when a VM in one project can access a disk or snapshot from another project, mount the snapshot, and run a backup copy from that snapshot.
