Recovery Groups in the License Summary Report

The Recovery Groups view of the License Summary Report displays the amount of purchased capacity used by recovery groups for each agent, workload, license, and client computer.

Where to Access the Report

To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the Other Licenses table, under License, click Recovery Groups.

Current Usage by Workloads Table

This table displays the amount of capacity used for recovery groups per workload type.

Column Description
Workload ID The unique ID associated with the workload.
Workload The type of workload, such as Microsoft Azure.
Used The amount of capacity used by recovery groups for the workload.

Current Usage by Licenses Table

This table displays the amount of capacity used for recovery groups per license type.

Column Description
License ID The unique ID associated with the license.
License The type of license, such as Virtual Sever.
Used The amount of capacity used by recovery groups for the license type.

Current Usage by Agents Table

This table displays the amount of capacity used for recovery groups per agent type.

Column Description
Agent ID The unique ID associated with the agent.
Agent The type of agent, such as Virtual Sever Agent (VSA).
Used The amount of capacity used by recovery groups for the agent type.

Current Usage by Clients Table

This table displays the amount of capacity used for recovery groups per client.

Column Description
Client ID The unique ID associated with the client.
Client The name of the client computer.
Used The amount of capacity used by recovery groups for each client.

Current Usage Details Table

To view detailed information for each agent, workload, license, or client, click on a link in any of the Current Usage tables. When you click on a link, the Recovery Groups - Current Usage Details report displays a filtered view of the data based on the the agent, workload, license, or client you selected.

Column Description
Client ID The unique ID associated with the client.
Client The name of the client computer.
Job ID The unique ID associated with the job.
Workload ID The unique ID associated with the workload.
Workload The type of workload, such as Microsoft Azure.
License ID The unique ID associated with the license.
License The type of license, such as Virtual Sever.
Agent ID The unique ID associated with the agent.
Agent The type of agent, such as Virtual Sever Agent (VSA).
Instance ID The unique ID associated with the instance.
Instance The type of instance, such as VM Instance.
Backup Set ID The unique ID associated with the backup set.
Backup Set The name of the backup set associated with the client.
Subclient ID The unique ID associated with the subclient.
Subclient The name of the subclient associated with the backup set.
Storage Policy ID The unique ID associated with the storage policy.
Storage Policy The name of the storage policy that is associated with the subclient.
Used The amount of capacity used for each job.
Company ID The unique ID associated with the company.
Company The name of the company that owns the client.
Plan The plan that is associated with the subclient and the storage policy.
