Setup Wizard for the Exchange Mailbox Application

When you log on to the Command Center for the first time, a setup wizard guides you through the core setup required by the applications available in the Command Center. After you complete the core setup, complete the setup wizard specific to the Exchange Mailbox application.

To complete the setup wizard for the Exchange Mailbox application, you will need the following:

• The information required to create a server plan.

• The information required to create an Exchange Mailbox server:

  • User Mailbox

    • On-premises

    • Hybrid

    • Office 365 with Exchange using an on-premises Active Directory

    • Office 365 with Exchange using Azure AD

  • Journal Mailbox

  • ContentStore Mailbox
