Configuring Global Level Hardware Encryption Settings

You can configure default hardware encryption settings at global level. The settings are applied to the new storage policy copies. You can also prevent the users from modifying the encryption settings configured for a storage policy copy.

Procedure

1. From the CommCell Console ribbon, click the Home tab, and then click Control Panel.

2. Under CommCell, click System.

   The System window appears.

3. Click Encryption.

4. On the Hardware Encryption tab, configure the hardware encryption settings.

5. Click OK.
