By default, if an HTTP proxy is configured for the CommServe computer, that HTTP proxy is used by all clients in the CommCell group.
You can configure a different HTTP proxy to communicate with your cloud account.
Procedure
-
From the CommCell Browser, right-click a client computer, and then click Properties.
The client computer properties dialog box appears.
-
Click Network.
The network properties dialog box appears.
-
On the HTTP Proxy Settings tab, select Configure HTTP Proxy.
-
Enter the proxy server name and proxy port.
-
To enter a domain or endpoint that does not require this HTTP proxy, enter the address in Proxy bypass list.
For example:
-
You can enter a endpoint URL, such as ec2.us-east-1.amazonaws.com.
-
You can enter multiple endpoints using the "," operator as a delimiter, such as ec2.us-east-1.amzonaws.com,s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com.
-
You can also use wildcards "*" and "?" such as *.us-east-1.amazonaws.com.
-

To specify authentication options, select Use authentication and then either select an existing credential from the list, or perform the following steps to create a new credential:
-
Click Create New.
