Use this dialog box to view the contents of a media or a disk mount path.
Size on Media
Displays the size of all chunks of data stored in the media.
Total Data Written
The size of the data that is stored on the media.
Required by Auxiliary Copy
Indicates whether the media has been copied to a secondary copy or not. (Auxiliary copy operation is performed to make copies of a media.)
Retain Data Until
The amount of time that the data on the media should be retained.
The following information is displayed for the each of the jobs that is associated with the data on the media.

Job ID
The number allocated by the Job Manager for the data protection job.

Status
Specifies the current status of the backup job.
Status column helps you determine whether the backup job was completed, failed, killed, active if the job is in progress, or completed w/ one or more errors.
Note: When the job status appears as completed w/one or more errors, check the Job Details of a job for an appropriate error message.

Client
The client computer that performed the data protection operation.

DataAgent
The agent that performed the data protection operation.

Instance
The level in the CommCell Browser that represents the database that was backed up.
-
Backup Set
The backup set under which the operation was performed.

Subclient
The subclient that performed the data protection operation.
-
Backup Level
The type of backup that was conducted (full, incremental, differential, synthetic full, and so on).

Cycles/Sequences
The cycle number or sequence number of the data protection operation.

Archive File Type
The type of data in the archive file (Data or Log).

Copy Status
Specifies the status of the backup job for an auxiliary copy operation.
Copy status helps you to determine whether you need to run an auxiliary copy operation or not.
For example:

If the status appears as Available, the data that was backed up during the backup job is copied to the secondary copies.

If the status appears as Partially Copied, the data of the job was partially copied on the secondary copies due to unexpected job failure.
In this case, you need to run an Auxiliary Copy job to copy the data successfully.

Backup Time
The date and time when the data protection operation was completed.

Retain Until
The time the data on the media should be retained.

Side
The side of the media that was used by the data protection operation.

Archive File
Applies only to Oracle, DB2, Informix, SAP for Oracle, SAP for MAXDB and Sybase iDataAgents. (Displayed as N/A for other agents.)
The archive file name that was generated by the application.

Storage Policy/Copy
The storage policy copy that is associated with the backup job.

Data Written

Size of Application
The size of the data that is backed up from a client computer. Note that application size may not always be identical to the size reported by file or database management tools.

Size of Backup
The size of the backup job (application data and index).
