With the Dell EMC PowerMAX OS 5978.444.444, you can have the Dell EMC TimeFinder SnapVX engine and other engines operating on the same source volume.
The following engines can operate with the Dell EMC TimeFinder SnapVX engine:

Dell EMC TimeFinder VP Snap
This is useful when you need to move Dell EMC TimeFinder SnapVX snapshots without deleting the existing snapshots of other Dell EMC TimeFinder engines. Existing snapshots are retained according to the retention criteria of the snapshot copy.
Considerations

Dell EMC TimeFinder SnapVX Interoperability is supported with Solution Enabler 9.1 or later.

When the source volume is undergoing a hardware revert operation, interoperability is not available.
