You can download files and folders from cloud storage. The Cloud Test Tool converts the downloaded files and folders to the native format after the download.
Downloading a File

A list of cloud storage devices (vendor types) appears.

Press Enter.

To download a file from the corresponding cloud storage, perform the following steps:

Configured cloud storage

Type 1, and then press Enter.

In the Enter CommServe user password prompt, type the CommServe password.
A list of devices configured in CommServe appears.

Type the number of the device that you want to select, and then press Enter.

Air Gap Protect
-
Type 2, and then press Enter.
-
In the Enter CommServe user password prompt, type the CommServe password.
A list of devices configured in Air Gap Protect appears.

Type the number of the device that you want to select, and then press Enter.

Cloud storage other than configured cloud storage and Air Gap Protect, perform the following steps:

Type the number of the required cloud storage device, and then press Enter.

Type your credentials to access the cloud storage, and then press Enter.

Type 4 to download the folder, and then press Enter.
A prompt to enter the source file name appears.

Type the source file name, and then press Enter.
A prompt to enter the local destination folder appears.

Type the path of the local directory where you want to download the file, and then press Enter.
The file is downloaded to the location that you specified.
Downloading a Folder

Perform steps 1 through 3 as mentioned in the Downloading a File section.

Type the number of the cloud storage where the file is stored, and then press Enter.
A list of devices that are configured in the cloud storage appears.

Type 5, and then press Enter.
A prompt to convert the cloud format data appears.

To select default value of Yes, type 1.
A prompt to enter the source folder appears.

Type the source path of the folder, and then press Enter.
A prompt to enter the local destination folder appears.

Type the path of the local directory where you want to download the folder, and then press Enter.
The folder is downloaded to the location that you specified.
