The Software Version tile indicates whether the CommCell environment is installed with the most recent software version, feature release, and maintenance release.
On the Health Report for the local CommServe computer, you can run a workflow to install software updates, such as maintenance releases (formerly referred to as hotfixes), directly from the report. Health reports for other CommServe computers do not include this option.
To run a workflow that installs the latest software release:
- Click Download and Install Updates, and then follow the steps in the wizard.
To view the Software Version report:
- Hover over the tile and click View Details
