Promoting a User to Cloud CommCell Role Manager on the Cloud Services Portal

A Cloud CommCell role manager can promote another user to Cloud CommCell role manager on the Cloud Services Portal.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal, and then click CommCell Dashboard.

   The Dashboard page appears.

2. From the navigation pane, click CommCells groups.

3. In the Name column, select the CommCell group that includes the user you want to promote.

   The CommCell group dashboard appears.

4. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the menu button , and then click View Users.

   The Users dialog box appears.

5. In the row for the user, in the Role Manager column, click the check box.

   A message appears in the lower-right corner that says the user is now a role manager.

6. Click Close.
