After the VPN Access software is installed on the computer that you designated as the VPN client, you must log on to the VPN service to activate VPN connections with private resources.
Before You Begin
The VPN Access software must be installed on the computer. For instructions, see Installing the VPN Access Software.
Procedure

In your computer's system tray, click the Edge Monitor icon, and then move the VPN toggle to the right.

In the Activate VPN dialog box, enter your CommCell user credentials, and then click Log On.
If you installed a laptop package, provide the credentials that you use to log on to the Web Console.
Note
If the same email address is used for multiple users, then that email address cannot be used to log into the VPN service. Instead the user must log into the VPN service using a user name.
Result
You can now access resources in your private network. For example, you can initiate remote desktop connections to a server in your private network.
