You can restore an entire mailbox, all public folders, or mailbox items, such as messages, folders, public folders, contacts, or calendar entries, to their original location.
Restoring an Entire Exchange Mailbox or Public Folders to Their Original Location

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Exchange.
The Exchange page appears.

Click the Exchange client that contains the mailbox that you want to restore.
The Overview tab appears.

On the Mailboxes tab, select the mailboxes or public folders that you want to restore, and then click Restore > Restore mailbox.
The Restore options tool appears.

On the Destination tab, leave Restore to an Exchange mailbox and Restore the data to its original location selected, and then click Next.
The Options tab appears.

Beside If the message exists, specify which items to include in the restore:

To not overwrite existing items, select Skip.

To overwrite existing items, select Unconditionally overwrite.

Specify additional details for the restore, and then click Next:

To include deleted items in the restore, select Include deleted items.

To restore to the email address selected for restore, select Match destination user based on the email address. If you leave this option cleared, the user is matched based on the user GUID.

To restore the data as a stub, select Restore as stubs.

To detect and replace stubs with restored messages, select Stub rehydration.
The Review tab appears.

Review the items you selected for restore, and then click Submit to start the restore operation.
The Summary tab appears.

Click Close.
Restoring an Individual Exchange Mailbox Item to Its Original Location

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Exchange.
The Exchange page appears.

Click the Exchange client that contains the mailbox that you want to restore.
The Overview tab appears.

On the Mailboxes tab, select a mailbox or All public folders, and then click Restore > Restore messages.
Backup content appears in a list format for the mailbox or all public folders.

From the list, expand the folders to locate the items you want to restore, and then select the items.
You can use the Search bar to filter mailbox contents and find the items you want restore.

At the top area of the page, click Restore.
The Restore options tool appears.

On the Destination tab, leave Exchange selected, leave Restore the data to its original location selected, and then click Next.
The Options tab appears.

Beside If the message exists, specify which items to include in the restore:

To not overwrite existing items, select Skip.
