By default, the Web Console generates a preview URL for each file in the Web Console. You can use this URL to share a preview of the file to users who already have share access on that file or who are owners of the client computer where the file resides.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have Sharing capability assigned to your user account and the files and folders are backed up. Contact your administrator to assign the capability.
Procedure

From the Web Console, go to My Data.

Click the appropriate tab and navigate to the file or folder to be shared:

To access a file or folder on Edge Drive, click Drive.

To access a file or folder that was already shared to you, click Shared With Me.

Select the file that you want to share.

On the right pane, next to the Link URL, click Copy.
Results
You can now share the preview URL to other users. The users can view the preview URL if they have share permissions on the file or if they are owners of the client computer where the file resides.
