<p>When you enable this setting at the company level, data aging ignores cycle retention criteria for that company’s data. The system keeps jobs if a later job in the cycle falls within the retention period and earlier jobs need to remain due to dependencies. If all jobs in the cycle exceed the retention period, the system does not keep them solely to preserve a set number of backup cycles. For special agents like OnePass, the system may still retain the latest cycle.</p>
