You can set the SAP HANA backint_response parameter for all databases to 1800 seconds. You can use this additional setting when it takes longer than 10 minutes to acquire the Commvault resources, so that the backint process waits for a longer time to acquire the resources and SAP HANA does not kill the process. In order for the parameter to take effect, perform any type of backup operation. When set to 'Y' Commvault software will set the backint time out to 1800 seconds. When set to 'N', Commvault does not change the existing value in the config file.
