User Management on the Cloud Services Portal
The Cloud Services Portal designates the first user that is associated to an organization's CommCell group as the Cloud CommCell administrator.
The Cloud CommCell administrator can both create and remove user associations with a registered CommServe computer in the Cloud Services Portal. When users have an association with a CommServe computer, they can view reports and dashboards only for their organization.
Only Cloud CommCell administrators can view the other users who have access to the reports and dashboards in an organization.
