Viewing the SLA Report in the ServiceNow Commvault Application
You can view a report that summarizes data protection operations and provides service level agreement (SLA) statistics.
- From the ServiceNow navigation pane, click SLA Report.
The SLA Summary provides a visual summary of data protection status.
- For information about a specific client or VM, you can browse the table below the summary, or search for a specific entry.
