Customizing Two-Factor Authentication Emails (Administrator)

You can customize the emails sent for two-factor authentication by adding a new Two Factor Authentication or Two Factor Authentication with secret key email template, or by cloning any pre-existing Two Factor Authentication or Two Factor Authentication with secret key email templates.

Procedure

  1. In the Command Center:
    • If pre-existing templates exist, then clone the following email templates:
      • TWO Factor AUTHENTICATION
      • TWO Factor AUTHENTICATION WITH SECRET KEY

    • If pre-existing templates do not exist, then add the email templates by selecting the Two Factor Authentication or Two Factor Authentication with secret key email type while adding an email template.

  2. Customize the templates.

    Tip: To use the system default as a basis for your changes, open the cloned template, and then next to Body, click Restore system default.
