Companies in Reports

Using Companies in the Reports application, administrators can manage multiple CommCell environments on the Cloud Services Portal by gathering CommCell environments into logical groups called companies.

When an administrator registers a CommCell environment with Commvault, the Commvault software creates a company in the Reports application on the Cloud Services Portal. CommCell administrators who have more than one CommCell environment can view the Companies page and create additional, subordinate companies by grouping one or more CommCell environments into a new company. Administrators can also configure the users who are allowed to see information and reports for the new company.

This feature is primarily targeted at administrators of Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments and Commvault Authorized Support Partner (CASP) environments.
