Reconfiguring a Database Instance

Applies to: Oracle, Oracle RAC, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, and SQL Server

You can reconfigure a deactivated database instance from the Command Center.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to the database instance as follows:
    • For a SQL database:
      1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Databases.
    • For all other databases:
  2. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Databases.

    The Instances page appears.

  3. Click the instance.

    The instance page appears.

  4. At the upper-right area of the page, click the action button action_button, and then click Reconfigure.

    The Confirm reconfiguration dialog box appears.

  5. Click Yes.
