Creating an App

You can create an application that includes one or more pages that display reports and tables. Reports and tables can include forms, buttons, and other elements that users can interact with.

Before You Begin

You can use reports that are already available in the CommCell environment, or you can create a custom table for your application. For instructions about how to create a new table or report, see either of the following pages:


  1. From the navigation pane, click Developer Tools.

    The Developer tools page appears.

  2. Click Apps.
  3. At the upper-right of the page, click Add app.

    The Create App dialog box appears.

  4. In the Name box, enter a name for the application.
  5. Optional: In the Description box, type a meaningful description of the application.

    The description does not appear to users.

  6. Click Create App.
