Adding Mailboxes Exchange Online

You can add mailboxes to the Exchange Online client.


  1. From the navigation pane, go to Solutions > Office 365.

    The list of all Exchange clients appears.

  2. Click the Exchange client where you want to add the mailbox.

    The mailboxes page appears.

  3. Click Add Mailbox.

    The Add Mailbox dialog box appears.

  4. Select the mailbox to add from the list.
  5. In the Exchange Plan section, select an exchange mailbox plan.
  6. Click Save.
