Configurations for Case Manager
As an administrator, the following configurations are necessary for Case Manager to function properly:
- In order to use Case Manager, CommCell users must be assigned the proper permissions. See Configuring User Groups for Case Manager.
- In order for data to be collected in a case, data must be backed up and content indexing must be enabled on the client computers and storage policy associated to the case. See Configuring Data for Case Manager.
