Downloading the ISO file for 1-Touch for Windows

You can download the ISO file from the Cloud Services Web site.

1-Touch ISO applications are also available for Dell and HP drivers. You can use the Virtualize Me feature with Dell or HP drivers.

Before You Begin

  1. Go to the Commvault Store page on the Cloud Services Web site.

On the Commvault Store page, the software media items are displayed.

  2. On the left side of the page, click MEDIA KITS.
  3. In the 1-Touch section, click the Download button next to the software media that you want to download. For a list of available installation media, see Installation Media List.

For example, to download the 1-Touch ISO application for Feature Release 11.19, click 1-Touch Windows Live CD with 11.19, and then click Download for a 64-bit Windows computer or a 32-bit Windows computer.

The software media is downloaded to the location that you specified.

    • If you downloaded the Download Manager, you will see the application executable along with the checksum file.
    • If you downloaded a software disc, you will see the .iso image of the disc.

Mount the .iso using an appropriate software (for example, MagicISO). Then, use the software media from the mount location.

  4. Use the ISO image to boot the client using any one of the following methods:
    • Burn a Live CD.
    • Copy the ISO to a USB drive and connect the USB drive to the client computer that you want to boot. For more information on creating a bootable USB drive, see Create a Bootable USB.
    • Copy the ISO to a Preboot eXecution Environment (PXE) server to boot using the network. For instructions, see Frequently Asked Questions.
