Configuring the Default Mailbox for ContentStore Email Viewer
The ContentStore Email Viewer can only display archived messages from one email account. If you have multiple email accounts associated with your Microsoft Outlook profile, you can select the account that you want to view in the ContentStore Email Viewer node from the Account Settings in Microsoft Outlook.
- In Microsoft Outlook, open the Account Settings dialog box and click the Data Files tab.
- Click to select the name of the email address that you want to view in the ContentStore Email Viewer and then click Set as Default.
- Click Close and restart Microsoft Outlook.
