Default Data Views for the All Jobs Summary Report
You can generate the default version of any CommCell report on demand in the CommCell Console.
The Job Summary Report displays all administrative jobs and data management jobs that ran in the CommCell environment during a specified period of time.
Administrative Job Summary
This table provides information about all the administrative jobs that ran in the CommCell environment during the specified time period.

Job ID (CommCell) (Status) |
The identifier for the job and the status of the job. |
Job Type |
The type of job that ran. |
Start Time |
The date and time at which the job began. |
End Time |
The date and time at which the job ended. |
Details |
Information about the job. |
Data Management Job Summary
This table provides information about all the data management jobs that ran in the CommCell environment during the specified time period.

Job ID (CommCell) (Status) |
The identifier for the job and the status of the job. |
Client |
The client on which the job ran. |
Agent |
The agent on which the job ran |
Instance |
The instance on which the job ran. |
Backup Set |
The backup set on which the job ran. |
Subclient |
The subclient on which the job ran. |
Type |
The type of backup job. For example, a backup job can be specified as a full backup job, an incremental back up job, or a differential back up job. |
Start Time |
The date and time at which the job began. |
End Time or Current Phase |
The date and time at which the job ended. |
Size of Application (Compression Rate) |
The size of the data that is compressed and the rate at which data was compressed during the job. The size of archive index files is not included in the compression rate. The compression rate is calculated using the following formula: compression rate = 100*(uncompressed data size – compressed data size)/uncompressed data size |
Size on Media |
The size of the data that is stored on media during the specified time period. |
Data Transferred |
The total size of the data that was transferred to the media during the job. If deduplication is enabled on the client, then this number is low. |
Throughput (GB/Hour) |
The amount of data that was backed up per hour. The throughput is calculated using the following formula: size of application/transfer time. |
Initiating User |
dThe user who ran the job. |
