Additional Views and Settings for the Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report
Calendar View
The Calendar Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report displays information about the archive jobs on each selected client for each date in the specified time range.

Description |
Client |
Name of the client computer. |
Agent/Instance |
Agent type and instance name on which archive jobs ran. |
Backup Set/Subclient |
Name of the backup set and subclient on which archive jobs ran. |
Storage Policy |
Name of the storage policy assigned to the subclient on which archive jobs ran. |
Storage Policy Copy |
Name of the storage policy copy assigned to the subclient on which archive jobs ran. |
Library |
Name of the library on which the archive data is stored. |
Date |
Date range that was entered in the report settings. |
Total Completed |
Number of completed archive jobs. |
Total Completed with Errors |
Number of archive jobs that completed with one or more errors. |
Total Failed |
Number of archive jobs that failed to complete. |
Total Killed |
Number of archive jobs that were killed. |
Total Active |
Number of archive jobs that were active at the time the report ran. |
Setting
To display the calendar view of the Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report, on the General tab, select Calendar.
Job Description
When you configure the Jobs with Description option, only jobs that contain the specified description appear in the report. The Job Description section displays the description that the initiating user entered for the job.
Setting
To display only jobs that contain a particular description, on the General tab, select Jobs with Description, and then enter a description in the box.
Job Attempts
When you select the Job Attempts option, each phase of the archive job is listed, along with details, such as the amount of time that elapsed for that phase of the job.
Setting
To display the details for each phase of the archive job, on the Selection tab, click Job Attempts.
Associated Events
When you select the Associated Events option, any events that are logged as a result of the archive job appear in a list under each job.
Setting
To display the events that are associated with each archive job, on the Selection tab, click Associated Events.
Content, Filter, and Filter Exception
When you select the Subclient Content and Filters option, any content that is purposely excluded from the archive job is listed under each job.
Setting
To display the content that is excluded from jobs, on the Selection tab, click Subclient Content and Filters.
Stubbed Files
When you select the Stubbed Files option, any files that were stubbed during the archive job are listed under the job ID.
Setting
To display the list of stubbed files, on the Selection tab, click Stubbed Files.
Files Failed to Back Up
When you select the Failed Objects option, any files that failed to be archived are listed under the job ID.
Settings
To display the list of failed files, on the Selection tab, click Failed Objects, and then specify the maximum number of objects to include in the list.
Protected Objects
When you select the Protected Objects option, all files that were included in the archive job are listed under the job ID.
Settings
To display a list of all archived files for each job, on the Selection tab, click Protected Objects, and then specify the maximum number of objects to include in the list.
Associated Media Column
When you select the Associated Media option, the media that was used for the archiving job appears in the Associated Media column.
Settings
To display the Associated Media column, on the Selection tab, click Associated Media.
Drive Column
When you select the Drive option, the type of drive to which the archived data is saved appears in the Drive column.
Settings
To display the Drive column, on the Selection tab, click Drive.
Storage Policy Column
When you select the Storage Policy option, the storage policy that is assigned to the job appears in the Storage Policy column.
Setting
To display the Storage Policy column, on the Selection tab, click Storage Policy.
MediaAgent Column
When you select the MediaAgents option, the MediaAgent that is associated with the archive job is displayed in the MediaAgent column.
Setting
To display the MediaAgent column, on the Selection tab, click MediaAgents.
Job Options
When you select Job Options, all of the settings that are configured for a job are listed under the job ID.
Setting
To display the settings for each job, on the Selection tab, click Job Options.
Initiating User
When you select the Initiating User option, the user who scheduled or started the job is listed in the Initiating User column.
Setting
To display the name of the user who started the job, on the Selection tab, click Initiating User.
Client Description
When you select the Client Description option, the description that is configured in the Client Properties dialog box appears below each job.
Setting
To display the description that is configured for the client, on the Selection tab, click Include Client Description.
Aged Data
When you select the Aged Data option, jobs that contain aged data are included in the report and highlighted in brown.
Setting
To include jobs with aged data in the report, on the Selection tab, click Aged Data.
Media Deleted Jobs
When you select the Media Deleted Jobs option, jobs that have been deleted from storage media are included in the report, and the job ID is flagged with a superscript M (M) .
Setting
To display jobs that have been deleted from storage media, on the Selection tab, click Include Media Deleted Jobs.
