Finding Jobs That Had A Problem Running

In the Backup Job Summary Report, you can view all of the jobs that a problem running, such as failed, killed, and delayed jobs.


  1. In the CommCell Console, click the Reports tab, and then click the Summary button.

    The Report Selection dialog box appears.

  2. Under Reports, select Job Summary.
  3. On the General tab, click Data Management, and then click Backup
  4. Click the Options tab.
  5. Next to Job Status, clear the All option, and then select Failed, Killed, and Delayed.
  6. Click Run.

    The report appears in the output format that you specified.
