Additional Views and Settings for the Restore Job Summary Report
There are many additional views you can include in the Restore Job Summary Report.
Job Description
When you configure the Jobs with Description option, only jobs that contain the specified description appear in the report. The Job Description section displays the description that the initiating user entered for the job.
Setting
To display only jobs that contain a particular description, on the General tab, select Jobs with Description, and then enter a description in the box.
Associated Events
When you select the Associated Events option, any events that are logged as a result of the restore job appear in a list under each job.
Setting
To display associated events, on the Selection tab, select Associated Events.
Restore File List - Failed
When you select the Failed Objects option, any files or folders that failed to be restored appear in a list under each job.
Setting
To display failed objects, on the Selection tab, select Failed Objects.
Restore File List - Successful
When you select the Successful Files option, any files or folders that were successfully restored appear in a list under each job.
Setting
To display a list of files that were successfully restored, on the Selection tab, select Successful Files.
Job Options
When you select Job Options, all of the options that are configured for each job are listed under the job.
Setting
To display all of the options that are configured for each job, on the Selection tab, select Job Options.
IDA Description
When you select Include Client Description, the description that is configured for the client computer appears in the IDA Description section under the job.
Setting
To display the description of the client computer, on the Selection tab, select Include Client Description.
