Changing the Cloud CommCell Administrator for Your Commvault ID
If the only user that is listed as a Cloud CommCell administrator for a CommCell environment leaves the organization, contact Cloud Services.
We can demote their user account and promote a different, existing user account as the new Cloud CommCell administrator. The new CommCell administrator can then add or remove users, as needed.
Procedure
- Send an email to CloudServices@commvault.com that contains the following information:
- CommCell ID
- Company Name
- Name and email address for the user that should be demoted
- Name and email address for the user that should be promoted
