Administrator Configurations for Recall Log Monitoring

The following steps outline the tasks that administrators must complete to enable end-users to access and use Recall Log Monitoring.

  1. Review the planning and requirement information for Recall Log Monitoring:
  2. Deploy the Index Store and Index Server in your CommCell environment.
  3. Configure the Index Server.
  4. Enable the system created monitoring policy.

    If desired, you can also create a new monitoring policy, see Creating a Monitoring Policy.

    Note: Recall log monitoring is not supported on HP-UX and AIX clients.

After the above tasks are complete, end-users can access the Recall Log Monitoring Dashboard or the Recall Summary Report from the Web Console.
