Deleting Past Events
The Events page lists the events that have expired or have been completed. (Past events are gray.) You can delete the event from the list.
- Log on to the Web Console.
- From the My Applications page, click Events Organizer.
- On the Events page to the left of the title of the past event tile you want to delete, click the configuration icon .
- Click the Delete icon .
- Optional: Enter a reason for deleting the event.
The reason appears in the notification email, if you decide to send one.
- If you do not want to send a notification to event participants that the past event was deleted, clear the Notify Participants check box.
- Click Send.
