Deleting Past Events

The Events page lists the events that have expired or have been completed. (Past events are gray.) You can delete the event from the list.


  1. Log on to the Web Console.
  2. From the My Applications page, click Events Organizer.
  3. On the Events page to the left of the title of the past event tile you want to delete, click the configuration icon .
  4. Click the Delete icon .
  5. Optional: Enter a reason for deleting the event.

    The reason appears in the notification email, if you decide to send one.

  6. If you do not want to send a notification to event participants that the past event was deleted, clear the Notify Participants check box.
  7. Click Send.
