Disabling Proactive Support
The Proactive Support settings allow our Support Team to help you troubleshoot problems with your Commvault software. However, if you prefer, you can disable Proactive Support.
The Proactive Support feature is enabled by default.
- On the CommCell Console ribbon, click Home > Control Panel.
- Click Cloud Metrics Reporting.
The Cloud Metrics Reporting dialog box appears.
- On the General tab, clear the Proactive Support check box.
- Click OK.
