Opening the Admin Console
You can access the Admin Console after setting up the Commvault HyperScale Appliance.
- Using a web browser, launch the Admin Console using the following URL:
Note: You can also use an IP address instead of the host name.
If you are using Internet Explorer, and if the Admin Console does not open:
- From the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Compatibility View Settings.
- Clear the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View option.
- Refresh the browser and re-launch the Admin Console.
- Type the user name as admin.
- Type the CommServe administrator password provided during the setup.
Optional: To remain logged on, select the Stay Logged In check box.
If you do not select the Stay Logged In check box, you are automatically logged out after 30 minutes.
- Click Login.
- Click the Let’s get Started link.
