Tracking the Location of a Device

You can track the location of a device from the Admin Console. The device location is fetched every 24 hours when the device is online. In addition, if the device is behind a firewall, another attempt to fetch the location takes place every time the device connects through the firewall.


  1. From the navigation pane, go to Devices.

    The Devices page appears.

  2. In the Name column, click the device you want to track.

    The device details page appears.


Under Last Seen Location, an interactive map marks the latest geographical location of the device.
