Reconfiguring an Agent

If you want to reactivate the license for an agent (also called reconfiguring the agent), you can do so from the agent details page in the Admin Console.

Note: Reconfiguring an agent will consume a license for that agent in your CommCell environment.


  1. From the navigation pane, expand Administration > Servers.
  2. In the Server table, in the server name row under the Type column, click the agent you want to reconfigure.

    The Agent Name Details page appears.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Reconfigure.
