Case Backup History Information

When viewing the update history of a case, the following information is available:

Job ID

The CommCell job id number of the backup operation that was performed to update the case data.

Application Type

The type of data that is included in the case.

Job Status

The status of a backup of the case data.

  • Running

    A backup of the case data is in progress.

  • Success

    All of the data in the case was backed up.

  • Partial success

    Some of the data in the case was backed up.

  • Failure

    None of the data in the case was backed up.

Start Time

The date and time when the update operation began.

End Time

The date and time when the update operation finished.

Backup Level

The type of backup operation that was used to update the data.

When a case is first created, a full backup is performed. Whenever a case is updated, an incremental backup is performed to include any newly created data in the case.

Total Number of Items

The total number of documents or emails that were backed up in the case. This is the total number of items that are available to be content indexed for the case.

Size of Application

The size of the data that was backed up in the case.

Duration

The total amount of time that it took for the backup job to complete.

Content Indexing Status

The status of content indexing for the backup job.
