Associating Users with a CommServe Computer
If you want to add another user to a CommServe computer, or you want to register an additional CommServe computer to a cloud user account, then use the CommCell Registration form on Cloud Services.
Before You Begin
- Go to Cloud Services.
- Click Member Login and enter your cloud user account credentials.
- Click Forms, and then click Link my account to a commserver.
The Link my account to a commserver dialog box appears.
- Type the identifying information for the CommServe computer in the boxes:
- CommCell ID in HEX
- Registration Code
- Serial Number
- CommCell IP Address

- Click OK.
