Associating Users with a CommServe Computer

If you want to add another user to a CommServe computer, or you want to register an additional CommServe computer to a cloud user account, then use the CommCell Registration form on Cloud Services.

Before You Begin


  1. Go to Cloud Services.
  2. Click Member Login and enter your cloud user account credentials.
  3. Click Forms, and then click Link my account to a commserver.

    The Link my account to a commserver dialog box appears.

  4. Type the identifying information for the CommServe computer in the boxes:
    • CommCell ID in HEX
    • Registration Code
    • Serial Number
    • CommCell IP Address

  5. Click OK.
