Data Cube Request Handlers
With Data Cube, you can collect information residing in your various data repositories throughout your enterprise. After connecting to your data sources, you can then use Data Cube features to edit, combine, share, and visualize your data to suit a variety of business needs.
You can create custom request handlers for your data sources to return data that matches a specific set of criteria. You can use handlers to create a custom search application for your data sources. You can also share handlers and assign user permissions to control which users have the ability to view, edit, and execute the handler request.
You can create handlers for any native data connector, as well as the Open Data Source connector. You can also combine different handlers from different data sources using the Federated Search connector (see Combining Data Cube Connections with the Federated Search Connector).
To create a handler, see Creating a Handler for Data Connections in Data Cube.
